Combining various collage materials, textures, and acrylic paint, Laurie produces bold, innovative paintings, suitable for both residential and commercial settings. Starting as a textile designer, Laurie first became a resident artist at the Farmington Valley Arts Center, in Connecticut, and in 1981, she became a resident artist at the Torpedo Factory Art Center in Alexandria, Virginia, where she currently has her studio. Laurie's artworks provided excellent inspiration for our skilled artisans. We've woven handsome, fine textile art, in beautiful tapestry form, certain to compliment your living space.
