Item description
The Crystal White Wax Onion (also known as Pearl Onion, Pickling Onion, or White Bermuda) is great for pickling, stews, soups, and for Gibson cocktails. Small round bulbs are best harvested at 1" - 1.5" in diameter (100 days). Can be grown to full size if given 160 days to mature. They are a short day variety and as such thrive in southern regions.
