An exceptionally nice, unread, first edition.
Some fading to the inner hinge area as usual, else fine, crisp, square, very tight and unread in burgundy linen over smoke-black boards with gilt embossed titles to the spine, map end-papers, deckle page fore-edges; in a very nearly fine dust jacket with a minute crimp to the upper spine edge and a minor age-tone spot to the lower spine end rear corner.
