Vintage 80s Nipon Boutique top and skirt set. Cobalt blue with a fine black stripe. Balloon sleeve. The top is boxy cut. The skirt has soft pleats at the waist and back zip and hook closure. No fabric content tag but feels like a lightweight, gauzey cotton. Vintage Canadian Union tag. The tag size is 10, but vintage sizing runs small, and I think it?s closer to a modern Small. Please double check measurements to ensure a proper fit for you. 21 inches from shoulder to hem and 17.75 inches from armpit to armpit, the skirt measures 13.5 inches straight across the waist and 28.5 inches long
