This is a 1st edition, 1st state (title page printed only in orange and black, printed by Braunworth, illustration on page 238 printed upside down and also with pictorial end-papers). Illustrated by FANNY CORY with 8 lovely color plates plus black and white illustrations in text.
Here in all its fresh-stamped glory is a book you did not probably know existed. It?s a fairy tale by L. Frank Baum who was the author of the ?Wizard of Oz.? A fine copy printed in 1903.
