Item description
Honeyhart Cherimoya Tree - Live Tropical Fruit Tree - Custard Apple
'Honeyhart' is a cherimoya (Annona cherimola) cultivar known for its large size and good flavor. The cultivar originated from the work of Orton Englehart and the name 'Honeyhart' was officially registered and named by the CRFG(California Rare Fruit Growers Association) in honor of Englehart's contributions.
'Honeyhart' fruit is medium-sized and ripens over the winter. The fruit is ready to pick when it turns from dark green to a pale or yellowish-green and is still firm, but has a slight "give" to gentle pressure. They ripen fully off the tree at room temperature.
Best in USDA zones 9?11 and 15?30 feet tall at maturity.
Plants are in liner pots. Pots are 8" tall and the plant itself is approx 10"-14"+ tall.
