Vintage Tailored US Navy Black Pants Trousers Slacks 28" Waist, Inseam 28" - You will have to accept description much for this item as photos of this shade are tricky for my webcam, you mostly get midnight. They quality of fabric and construction is top shelf and the condition is Very Good. Twill knit appears to be artificial fabric possibly Dacron, perhaps also a blend of some sort (there is a sheen to the fabric which would either be natural for all-artificial, or possibly starch for a blend ). Waist and inseam both 28". I am not suggesting you show up your XO but wearing these you may well have the best pants in the building. The quality is subtle but excellent. We are THE ones to check first for uniform garments, we get them in lots and to some degree at random but when we have what you are looking for you won't find a better deal. (1/15/19b) 9/5/21e
