Excelent United States Mint Premier Silver Proof Set in original government packaging. Possibly one of the best presentations the mint ever did. The outer box is black with a slightly raised Hereldic Eagle used as the Presidential Seal, the year of issue and contents on top. Inside is a card printed like the box top in silver on card stock with the Certificate of Authenticity and all of the particulars on the back.Also inside is a paper describing the special features of the set. It describes how to store, or if you wish, how to display the coins within the box. The inner box is a thing of beauti itself. It consists of black velvet outside with a silver figure of the Heraldic Eagle Centered on top. It is spring hinged at the back and there are 4 silver coner protectors, to each on top and bottom/ In the center front is a silver clasp to lock the topp when stored When released you can lift the top but remember is is spring loaded to remain closed. The coins are encased in plastic, with raised lettering depicting Uniteed States Min Proof Set ans between the Half, Quarter, Dime in Silver is the word Silver. The Plastic insert is framed in metal that can be slid from side to side for removal. The clasp on the center of the cover can be used to hold the coins in a semi-upright position. The insid of the unit is standard white satin with the cover showing again the Silver Eagle with Silver lettering and the traditional Red, White Blue Sash, the seat is plain white satin. If there is any blemish in the set is the reverse of the half dollare is showing some very slight toning. Personally, I think it's beautiful. S H are included is the price.
