The aids are pre-programmed to a common loss but we would be happy to program them to your specific loss at no charge. Just send us a copy of your most recent audiogram and we will program them for you. The new Phonak hearing aids can be adjusted long distance so if you need any fine tuning you do not have to send them in to us. If you have worn hearing aids before, please include any information regarding the size domes you have used and liked before and what length of receiver wire you have used.
