Frank L. Campbell, Esquire of Alliance, State of Ohio, was on motion first made to the Court in this behalf by Mr. Solicitor General Richards duly admitted and qualified as an Attorney and Counsellor of the Supreme Court of the United States on the third day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred, and of the Independence of the United States of America the one hundred and twenty-fifth.
In testimony whereof I, James H. McKenney, Clerk of said Court, have hereto set my hand and affixed the Seal of said Court, at the City of Washington this 3rd day of December in the year one thousand nine hundred.
