- 15 INCHES ACROSS LAYING FLAT NOT STRETCHED AT ALL
- 27 1/2 INCHES FROM TOP TO BOTTOM NOT COUNTING ADJUSTABLE STRAPS.

- I have to extend my shipping days out since is changing payment methods and it will be shipped out as soon as I have the money which now takes at least 2 days now not my doing it's's.
