Genuine Vintage Girard-Perregaux Stainless Steel Gyromatic Watch Vintage Girard-Perregaux Stainless Steel Men's Automatic Watch Gorgeous Genuine Girard-Perregaux Gyromatic Automatic Watch features a round case~Gun Metal Blue hands--Dauphine hour and minute hands and a stick second hand with a paddle back. The silver military style brushed silver dial has beautiful slightly golden-yellow patina which beautifully contrasts with the gun metal blue hands (not as yellow as some images may suggest). In the images the dial appears spotty but in hand it truly is not observable--actually, was suprised at the photos showing some spotting--the high contrast lighting/photography truly accentuates color/tonal differences--watch shows MUCH NICER in hand. The military style second markers with 1/5 second hash marks and numbers for every five seconds. Applied Arabic cardinal numbers and Arrow hour markers. Stainless Steel case with screw back and original GP logo crown. Watch features a new black genuine Crocodile band--good for wrists up to 6.5 to 7.5 in. Signed Four Times: Movement, Dial, Crown GP logo and caseback. Movement: Girard-Perregaux / 17 Jewels / SWISS / 47EU 707 (Cal. 47EU based on ETA 1256). Automatic movement. Very Nice condition for a watch 40-50 Years old--runs well and keeping good time~Service history is not certain--may have been one of the several watches we had in for service before/during the Covid years. Made in ca. 1950's or so. This is a vintage watch thus is smaller than watches of today; In the '50s this was a full sized watch--today it would be considered mid-sized, good for smaller wrists. Length lug to lug 40mm. Width without crown: 32mm Lug size 16mm. Band good for wrists up to 7.5 inches.
