This is a lovely handmade tapestry, made in the 1970s, complete, finished, made in petit point needlepoint. It is a picture made with needlepoint with durable mercerized colorful cotton threads, after the 19th century oil painting of Oriental girl with a spindle by Charles Zacharie Landelle. The tapestry is kept in a very good condition, without damages of any kind and in the right frame it will look amazing. The dimensions of the picture are: 60 x 45 cm or in inches 23.6'' x 17.7'' A gobelin should not be looked just as a kind of tapestry, is much more of that.
