NOTE GLASS LENS IS NOT CRYSTAL CLEAR, IT HAS A MILD AND LIGHT HUE. THIS VINTAGE SPRINGFIELD THERMOMETER IS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO MEASURE THE HIGH TEMPERATURES REQUIRED FOR VARIOUS STAGES OF CANDY MAKING AND DEEP FRYING. FEATURES A TEMPERATURE RANGE FROM 100 degrees TO 400 degrees FARENHEIT, AND CELCIUS TOO. ALL METAL BODY WITH GLASS FACE.
