Antique 18K Gold Ring with Smoky Quartz and similar items

** The picture with the 18K was used under a yellow filter so it was easier to see the 18K, the ring is not that yellow. ** The measurement I took is somewhere between 6.5 and 7, it's rather small. The total weight of the ring is 7.2g, most of that is the 18K gold but don't know how much is the smoky quartz. Also not 100% sure if it's smoky quarz or another stone but that'd be my best guess! If I had to date this I'd say early 1900s from the shape and setting of the item. It's in beautiful condition and a wonderful addition for a collection or to give to someone special who appreciates the older/unique type rings.
