The binding is in acceptable condition. The pages are lightly tanned, there is a small stain on the page ends and a name and some initials are written on the front end paper. The cover has some light rub marks and some dings and dents, the corners are bumped. The jacket is toned, scuffed and edge worn and a portion of the spine is missing. Acceptable in fair dust-jacket. Hardcover.
