We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee with a 14 day return policy. We offer free return shipping on any products that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Any new product returns must be unused. We will accept other returns within 14 days of purchase and on any such return the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping. For reasons other than item defect our standard policy is a 20% restocking fee for all cancellations and returns, which must be in the exact original condition as received. Electronics, jewelry, watches and other related items which are damaged by the customer after receipt are not returnable. We will also deduct shipping from returns that are not the responsibility of the seller. All returns require prior notification to the seller and seller’s approval. For health and safety reasons, all cosmetics, fragrances & other health & beauty product sales; lingerie, bathing suits and bedding are final and non returnable. Foreign customs fees/taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer and not an accepted reason for return.
