The fabric is a beautiful Geometric pattern with Navy Blue, Orange, Burgundy White. The fabric is 88% Polyester and 12% Spandex so there is a little stretch to it. It has solid Navy shorts underneath that are a great lightweight polyester stretch fabric. size 8 - Approx 32.5" at the waist, 17.75 in length approx 40" at the hips. size 12 - Approx 35" at the waist, 18.75" in length approx 43" at the hips. size 14 - Approx 37" at the waist, 19" in length approx 45" at the hips.
