235 pages
The front hinge is cracked, the binding is in acceptable condition. The pages are clean but very tanned and there are pencil notations on the front end paper. The red cover with black lettering is faded along the edges. The jacket is split at the front hinge, has edge tears, small marks on the front and spine and losses at the spine ends. Acceptable in poor dust-jacket. Hardcover.
Judd Billings, a stalwart son of the soil; a giant in stature with muscles hardened by the toil of the farm has one handicap. It is a handicap which makes of his life in high school and college a battle against a foe-a foe as formidable as himself. But we do not wish to tell more of this exciting story of the gridiron. You must read it for yourself. (#000023)
