It is in good condition, but does need a good cleaning and has a few very small snags in the rug and the vinyl trim, but it is in overall very good condition. I am unsure of the age of the rug. It is a nice arrangement of different shades of brown, and is called Oatmeal. It is 7'8" by 10'7", and should clean up quite nicely. Buyer is to pay for all shipping costs and must pay for their item or contact the seller to make other arrangements within 5 Days of the end of the auction.
