Antique Kitchen Work Table – Gdc – Great For and 49 similar items

Offered here is this Antique Kitchen Work Table. I am unsure of its exact age or origins. It is made of solid wood, with a high profile that would go great as a breakfast table with bar stools. It is finished in a very dark, almost black finish, with an apple green painted top. It has a slat bottom shelf that would be a nice foot rail, or excellent storage for pots, pans, virtually any type of kitchen ware. The tabletop is constructed of three wide pieces, and unfortunately, they are beginning to warp, making the top surface not completely flat. The table has a lot of scars on it from food preparation and cutting. There are some other scratches and light wear to the finish as well. I am unsure of the type of wood that the table is made from. The top boards are also beginning to split slightly in a few areas around the outer perimeter. The table was most likely hand made. It is 31” tall, 29” wide, 48” long, and the bottom slat shelf sits at 10” off the ground. This is a nice kitchen prep table. It would have many different uses around the home.
