Our experience using cheaper, slower USPS services (Media Mail, USPS Retail Ground) has not been as positive. So we rarely use them. We pack very carefully, and often double box breakables. This added weight costs a little more, but it also ensures satisfaction. It is beyond our control if items are damaged in transit. If an item arrives broken, please message us. We will ask you to send 3 clear pictures of the broken item and the box and packing material which we will need for our insurance claim prior to using you a refund.
