Need help with some Russian...anyone read Russian/translator?

I have a weird transparent vintage photo that is poster-sized that perhaps went in a window to illuminate it… The people in the photo are wearing red sashes with some Russian writing… If anyone can help give it a try (photo is slightly blurred to add to the difficulty) I would greatly appreciate it. The photograph depicts the anniversary of a plant. In the Soviet Union was socialism, and all property owned by the people of the country. People felt themselves masters of the country. Look at their faces :) This will never be. Then worked at one plant with whole families (the elderly, parents, children, etc.). This was called the dynasty. Dynasty could be large. The photograph on each tape written on the top line “Labor Dynasty” and the bottom line of the name of the dynasty. Judging by their names – they are Russian and the plant was located in the central part of the USSR. I can make out a few names, but not sure. Bogdanov (top photo). The Romanov (photo where the mother see her son.) Lukin (next photo with the elderly).

It seems to me that this is not the actors. Factory workers. Two engineers.

In the white paper is written in Russian letters, but the language is not Russian. Soviet Russia as a multiethnic country. I can not understand the language.

Photos from the runners is not to say that this Olympiad. Olympics was in 1980, and the symbol was a bear. In the photo there is not a symbol.

1 ► фото. на красном написано ТРУДОВАЯ ДИНАСТИЯ.. фамилия. ФАМИЛИЮ я прочитать не с мог. праздник местного значения. поздравляют людей чьи дети и внуки работают на одном предприятии много лет.

(1) The crowd of people are The Labour Party celebrating. The red tape is [URL removed] "workers (pace-makers, the best workers) dynasty (husband and wife) with their surnames congratulating the people whose children and grandchildren are working in one company for many years.

2 ► фото. язык не русский. возможно татарский, или казахский

(2) The written letter in red ink is not Russian. It is Tatar or Kazakh; however, it uses cyrillic as well – it’s one of central asian languages, or may be even Mongolian. Perhaps it is the language of the former Asian republics of the USSR.

3 â–º The female runners is definitely not a school but for a sporting event.

…….Good luck within your continued research, Monty!
