I went to a premier jewelry party years ago. In fact, I’m wearing some now. It is good quality costume jewelry. I just went to a Park Lane Jewelry party. It’s fairly similar to Premier.

I have some Premier Design jewelry listed. I don’t now if that is the same. Premier Design is a high quality costume jewelry. Some of the pieces are very nice and well made.

There are a couple of websites that specialize in jewelry and have glossaries of jewelry marks. One of them is Morning Glory. If you log on you can find their info. They have quite an extensive body of info. Sometimes jewelry companies changed their names with new management or partnership changes so you never know. Best of luck.

My wife sold Premier Designs jewelry. It is high fashion costume jewelry. She never had any problems with the product or company.

Premier is a home party company and their jewelry is sold through consultants like romance parties or tupperware, usually. From my experience, their jewelry is high quality.
