How do we change background colors in our booth / listings?

Not sure why she’s seeing black backgrounds. But she can edit her booth appearance by going to the Seller Dashboard, clicking on Booth Settings then select the Booth Appearance tab. Perhaps there’s some strange setting there she hit by mistake? Or is the black background in her photos?

If the black background is showing up in her listings, she can change background color within the listing itself. There are choices for font color ad background color.

This is a huge problem, but I believe there are solutions online. Just like on writing, not everyone is good at writing just like how beautifully this article were made [URL removed] Some has the natural talent but others don’t. They aren’t taught how to do it that’s why they are having a hard time. I have a friend who’s awful at writing that’s why he has to look for ?
