Activating booth

Activated Booth in Account Settings SEVERAL TIMES… WAITED WELL OVER 24 Hours like Advised, But NO ITEMS HAVE SHOWN UP IN MY BOOTH! Please Help!

This is an official Bonanza response.

After an item is listed on Bonanza and you have clicked “Activate Booth” or “Update Booth”, it can take up to 30 minutes for the item to be properly indexed into our databases before it can be found using the site-wide Bonanza search feature. However, the item can still be found by users who use the search option within your booth or by browsing your booth.

On rare occasions, the item can miss one of our indexing cycles and it can take 2 hours before it’s available for searching. If the item doesn’t show up within 12 hours, please let us know and we’ll take a closer look.

When searching for your items you also want to make sure that you have properly set up your shipping options. For example, if you have not set up shipping to your own country and then do a site search for your items, they will not show. Our search is designed to only return results/items that are available to you based on your location. Here is a link to our International Shipping help page. [URL removed]

If you don’t have any feedback or if you are selling an item that hits our criteria (Electronics, expensive handbags, etc) then we will have to manually approve your booth before it can be activated. Normally we do a site wide approval a couple of times each day.

On the weekends sometimes it takes a little longer. Also, if you’re selling designer clothing, handbags, etc., it takes a little longer.

In the sell screen did you hit update booth or activate booth? And as above it can take longer on the weekends to have a new booth activated.

My booth is active but 92 items still inactive since almost 3 days. can anzone help me please?? sent emails to Bonanza but until now non reply. Only an email that my case is already forwarded to concerned staff. So what should i do???

It happened to me too, my booth previously been active but is inactive again a few days, I sent an email to staff bonanza but no response

Add me to the takes-longer-than-24-hours to activate a new booth camp. I signed up yesterday, and it’s been over 24 hours now. I came here to get AWAY from eBay’s buyer-first horrible seller customer service, and now I’m beginning to think it was a total mistake! If Bonanza doesn’t care about activating new seller booths, I can only imagine why they can’t overtake eBay. Sheesh.

I’ve opened a support ticket and sent an email directly to Bonanza support. They have 12 hours to respond or I’ll find somewhere else to sell.

I joined Bonanza in 2010 and painfully added all of my items manually.I had a slight problem with booth approval initially because of high ebd products but after I sold so many of those 7inch netbooks that were hot back then they let approved me to add more to the booth.
I ended up leaving Bonanza because at the time I could not find a service to create and upload a WORKING CSV file to upload my products which were way too many to keep doing manually.I opted to go with my own website and use the files there.It is too much work to get a site traffic like a marketplace.
Now that there are services that can CORRECTLY create your file for Bonanza,I opted to come back this weekend.
Now,I have been waiting for my booth to be REAPPROVED???
Its been 96 hrs+ since I tried uploading more products,72hrs since my first support ticket was issued,36hrs+ since my last ticket was submitted….There has been ZERO response but I get promotional emails almost every 3 hours…I have sold 80+ items here in the past with NO problems with customers…They claim they want you to have feedback but the customers on Bonanza hardly ever leave feedback themselves.They want to be the Ebay alternative but ask you for their competitors feedback to be imported.I NEVER liked selling on Ebay anyway and the reason to be on Bonanza from the get go….They need to fix this glitch in seller support and also CLEARLY STATE REQUIRMENTS and PROCEDURES in their policy….Losing money and wasting time right now

sent 4 emails to bonanza – NO RESPONSE. I added my items over a week ago and my booth is STILL not activated. It says the elves are going to approve it in 24 hours.
