This is an official Bonanza response.

Sorry for the trouble error #563’ers :) This error is assigned when an account is put on hold (usually your account is missing required information). Booths in this state need to be manually approved by support. When you receive that error, support will also receive a request to review your booth.

Thanks for your patience while our support team is locating and reviewing the error in your booth.

Error #563 is an occasional but recurring glitch on Bonanza. Go to search community help and type in error #563. It will provide a background on your current situation. You’ll have to contact Bonanza support as the message stated to get any relief.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
