I want a full refund of $49.20 for order #[phone number removed] and a full refund of $49.20 for order #[phone number removed]. Confirm that $98.40 will be refunded to me today. I did not receive either order. The seller, Earlen, sent both orders to addresses other than mine. Both were sent to addresses hundreds of miles away from mine. I am not getting any response from the seller that they will refund my money. When I contact Bonanza customer support, they just contact the seller and tell them I have a question and want to hear from the seller.

The people on this board are just sellers and cant do what support can do.
The sellers SHIP TO the address on Paypal (usually).
If you have a different address here, and did not change your Paypal address to it, that could be the reason.
Not that we as sellers can do anything about it but more info would be nice.

Jeanne, if you’d like to share the tracking number(s) for this delivery, we may be able to offer some insight.
[URL removed] There are 3 things that may have occurred here.
1) The seller used the wrong shipping address, and the mistake was on their end – entirely.
2) You’ve moved and did not update your address. (this is very rare but it does happen – I don’t think this is the case)
3) Something sinister occurred, through no fault of yours nor the seller. This is why I asked for tracking number(s).
If your seller remains non-responsive, and before going to the payment processor to file a claim, call the USPS ([phone number removed]). The main thing you’d want to ask about is verifying the shipping address printed on the label. If another carrier was used, naturally, call them instead. :)

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
