Has anyone else had an issue with the 9×14 trampoline with lights & sound?

There are no holes where the screws go. I have put together many items and find this problematic, any info on this would be greatly appreciated. Also the lights & sound do not work. I’m so disappointed as are my granddaughter’s and made even worse since it’s 1 of 2 of the gifts they received for Christmas. This is the 1st time & most likely the last time I’ll be able to purchase something this expensive again. I pray I hear that Bonanza is good about resolving such matters and that it is done quickly.

You need to contact the seller that you bought this item from.

Yes, contact the seller. If you don’t get a response, and you paid through PayPal, file a claim. It’s sad to see children disappointed especially at Christmas.

Sorry to hear about your issue but,
you would either have to contact the seller or the manufacturer of this item as Bonanza has multiple sellers.
If you have the original box this item came in, there may be a number to call to see if there is a solution. There may also be a website with a trouble shooting page. I would start with the seller first to see if they know the answer to your question about this product.
