Help with 1919 ohio war stamps

Appreciate any help on these war savings stamps. There is a place for 27 stamps but there are only 13 stamps secured onto a firm paper tri-fold pamphlet.
It says they are Presidential Series of Honor Stamps 1919. The stamps say, “Awarded for the sale of $100.00” (or whatever amount). It may have been for school children because it has a place for a pupil’s signature.

Do they have any selling worth?
Thank You

It is a great trick to attract your audience and customers. There is nothing wrong with setting an amount to get something different in return, which sounds very creative. So, the [URL removed] discusses advertising and marketing, which is right for firms and people.

Thank You Bette and Grandma.

Grandma, That site is very interesting. Looks like the stamps may be worth more then I thought.

Very interesting blog. A lot of blogs I see these days don’t really provide anything that I’m interested in, but I’m most definitely interested in this one. Just thought that I would post and let you know.

Because we are now so active on the fronts for nothing. Many people do not know the price of war because they have not studied history well and have not dealt with these points, and in fact one must study extremely carefully and draw conclusions for oneself in order to understand what is good and what is bad. So I hope I can help if I tell you what you can read here [URL removed] as an example of the Vietnam War and the consequences it led to. So I hope it will be helpful. good luck.
