How can i edit shipping label info?

I am trying to print a shipping label for a customer order (via Bonanza), but I am getting an error because the customer does not have their last name filled in on the shipping information. However, I can see the last name on the order page. But Bonanza does not let me edit the customer address/name, instead it’s just giving an error message and not letting me create a label. Does anyone know a way around this issue?

PS It was not a Paypal order (it’s Stripe) so I can’t just do it through Paypal. And right now my Paypal balance is zero so I’m not able to create a separate label on Paypal (they seem to only use your balance for that – not letting me select my linked bank account instead).

Thanks, but I already shipped it retail priority mail, since it had to go out to the customer today. Next time, I will contact support.

You can still print it on paypal…use the shipping tool (Click on manage multi order shipping tool, then create label)

either way you can create a label

I use it for all my stripe and amazon pay shipping orders

If you have paypal balance as first choice for payment, then switch to another option as first choice…(using the manage multi order shipping allows me to choose payment option)

Also..I really wish buyers would fill their whole name when purchasing or bonanza would not allow check out until all information has been entered…

I have had to actually email people to ask them their last name (paypal is not a problem, their info is there) but on Stripe that is not always the case

Thanks. I’ve tried looking in the options in Paypal for multi-order shipping, but it’s not letting me choose a different payment method. Oh well… I might just have to take it to the post office tomorrow & pay retail (it’s a first class package, so I can’t do it online)

not meaning to be nosy but why not use paypal balance…I leave 30-50 in there specifically for labels…no different than loading a balance for here…

ccmom – normally I have balance in there, since I don’t usually use Paypal for labels it’s not an issue… But I just had a payment go through that wiped my balance to zero (it rolls over to my linked bank account if there’s no Paypal balance… but apparently labels don’t do that).

I just realized that at the post office the first class package weight limit is 13oz (only goes up to 15.9 oz if you print online). My package is 15oz, so looks like I’m going to have to eat the difference & send it Priority anyway. Wish Bonanza would check proper shipping info before customer pays

sorry you had to pay the extra..curious, I thought if there was no balance it would allow an alternative payment..I know I paid for postage once with my funds from my checking account, because I too had just payment that wiped my account also…I need to check that out more carefully .

yes, it was strange that didn’t work. My Paypal always just rolls over to my linked bank account for purchases etc. But it didn’t work for labels.
