At this time, seller phone support is currently available to US-based sellers with a Platinum, Titan, or Titan Ad membership. Webstore subscribers based in the US are also eligible. If you do not have one of these memberships/webstore, then you will need to email us regarding this situation at [email protected].
We also have a Live Chat support option and you can find this option by going to our membership page, https://www.bonanza.com/memberships and click the green chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner. Just a heads up, Live Chat is only available between 9am-5pm Pacific time & Monday – Friday.
