If you want to change them individually: click on “Selling” in the top menu, then Items / Add or Edit Items. There you can view all the items in your booth. To edit a specific item and change the shipping, click on “Edit” in the top left above the item.

You can also change the shipping options across your booth under Selling / Booth Settings / Shipping & Returns
