How do i get the product images to show up using the csv file?

I saw this question posted by another user and after reading the answer with applying everything that was stated to make the photo show up, it still doesn’t work. When I upload my csv file, everything loads up correctly but my photos will not load. I placed my photos on Photobucket like suggested, copied the direct link but still doesn’t work. Hi @tntsourcinggroup,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the trouble. Make sure that your image is listed on the same row as the item ID for this product. If you do not have it all in the same row, the image will fail to load. Each listing must have its own unique ID. You cannot use the same ID for multiple listings.

If you’ve already imported an item with the ID for this item, you’ll need to use a “force_update” column which is set to true in order to update the existing listing.

Hope that helps. If you continue to experience issues, please let us know at our support department where we have the tools to review your file and assist you.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
