I did one late last night and it only took about 5 minutes. But i only imported 12 items from ebay.

Thanks Bargain_Hunters_! I might try again, not sure what is going on. Support did not get back to me today.

I am doing my very first import from eBay and it only imported 5 items in 14 hours. I did cancel the sync and started again but only another 7 items have imported in the last 2 hours and it seems to be stalled now. I did just contact support so if I hear anything I’ll be sure to update!

Been almost 2 days to import 800 items. It took a day to do my first account of around 325. It’s imported about 275 of 800 so far. It shows it’s importing over 2300 items, but I don’t have that many and I’m not importing anything other than listed items.

It took 48 hours to import 109 listings for me, finally. I had given up and cancelled after 26 hours the first time. The second time, I contacted support after 24 hours because I still wasn’t seeing anything. Two days later (and after the import had finally finished, and I could see my items), I got an answer from support saying that it could take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours depending on several factors. And, that cancelling and restarting throws you to the back of the queue line for things being imported. Of course, I would never consider 48 hours to be labeled as a few, but since it finally imported everything, they closed the ticket.

Mine’s been importing for 27 hours exactly. So far, 11 out of 419 have been imported.

And actually, it said 11 when I logged on about 6 hours ago. I’ve been wondering if this is average.
