This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi @kaliherbs,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the confusion. If you have permanently hidden your transactions, you are still able to access them from your billing statement. Click on the “My Booth” link in the upper left-hand corner of any page (this is also the page you are directed to when you first log into your Bonanza account). On the left side of the “My Booth” page is a navigation tool bar. Click on the “Fees” tab, then select “Statements” to view your billing statement. Clicking into each month will allow you to view all transactions for the month, even those which have been permanently hidden from your sales page.

You can also locate all your sold items in the batch editor (“My booth > Batch edit items”). Above your listings, you will see a link to “Add new filter.” Click that and set the status bar to “Sold” then apply the filter. All your past sales will be filtered into the batch editor so that you can review the listing and sale information.

Hope that helps!

Are using “Permanently Hide” as an archive feature? I don’t see any way to retrieve those transactions. That is not meant as an archive feature. Otherwise I am not sure what you are referring to. We have always just let our transactions stay in the order screen, so we can refer to them if we ever have to.

You can also go to the payment source to see the transaction information.
Another way is to look under the Bonanza fee invoice, you should see it there.

See A2z4u2c's booth

If A2z4U2c’s advice doesn’t help, and you have a packing slip with the returned shipment you can look up the order under the MY Booth/ Sales tab. There is a search field right there with an option to search by transaction #.
Or
If you left feedback for them you can look the order up thru the feedback you left, you can find that option on the left side on your feedback page. (Feedback left for others).

I never used any permanently hide functions/archive for the very same reason A2z4U2c gave.
