I have some trouble with international shipping

For a few months now I have some problems with my website [URL removed] I’ve noticed that my International handling charges and my ship to specific locations get reset whenever I edit a listing from the mobile app, or the quick edit on our manage active listings page when using the desktop. Even if I adjust only the quantity in quick edit, it resets my settings. This makes it to where I have to edit each listing individually, one at a time, or all at once in the multiple editing tools. It’s been a headache, and it took me a while to figure out exactly what was happening. Occasionally, I will have an International sale where the buyer pays zero handling fees and I just have to take the loss. Please advice
