There are a few things you can check.

Make sure you do have your items going to google shopping
Booth Settings
Title and Overview
Add my items to Google Shopping make sure Yes is selected

Also under Booth Settings
Adverising
Make sure you selected 9% Basic Fee this will reflect in your fvf of 9% at Most if the sale is made through a google shopping click

Also check under

Selling Dashboard
Reports
Ad Troubleshooter to check and see if your items are going to google shopping or if there is anything wrong with the feed…

And finally as a suggestion
There are several listings for the same patterns in google shopping from etsy and ebay..the pictures are bright and clear. Google shopping might reject or not show listings with less than clear pictures

Suggest either editing the photo to make it brighter and trim a bit or make new photos under better lighting

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
