How I Can reactivate my booths

My booth previously been active but is inactive again a few days ago, i sent an email to staff bonanza but no response, what should I do?

Did you receive any information the day you saw your shop inactive?

Check e-mails from B. (not messages, because they answer via e-mails) and if you have Gmail, you need to check Social or Promos section, since Google doesn’t show B. mails in main box of received letters.

Secondly, just in case you’ve clicked something by mistake, check [URL removed]

1) if you didn’t put your booth on a vacation mode (Upper left corner of the page → Sell on Bonanza → Edit booth options → Booth currently on [URL removed] Yes, No).

2) try also to update your booth (Upper left corner of the page → Sell on Bonanza → Add or edit items → click on a green button “Update booth”)

“…i sent an email to staff bonanza but no response…” – sometimes I see their answers straight here on this forum.

to reactivate you account you can do to your profile settings and select reactivate account or post your concern in the bonanza page in facebook. hopes it helps. keep it up and enjoy selling.
