DISASTER.
1) I still can not get a 4×6 ready PDF to just print via Rollo.
I must buy, download, open in Adobe(paid not free version), then highlight and crop and print. This takes WAY too much time. It should be a one click process.
They claim you can just scale but the label is not even centered so scaling has jacked up margins. And no one should have to edit a label. It should print with one button. I sell all over the web and have no time to adjust every time I get a Bozonza sale. (never on this account, only on my main account)
2) Where do we get refunds? They can not beat prices in all cases and how do we get the difference they guarantee? How much more of our time(and theirs) is wasted doing this? Not one word or link about refunds and we all know how very slow support is to answer questions.
3) Shipping process. Am I doing something wrong because there are so many steps just to buy a label and it is so time consuming. Is there an easy or fast process?
What happens if this site ever gives you more than one sale a week? Can you even do bulk? Would I have to cut each page and edit each label to get it on a 4×6? Then apply for refunds for each label individually?
4) NOT one size fits all. What if we ship most of our stuff via PirateShip, SOME via stamp, and are willing to use Bozonza on an occasional sale? How do we even go about using multiple platforms if they are trying to force fees?
5) Is this even legal? Stealing a deposit when they can’t provide a working shipping platform?
6) If these questions can not be answered clearly we will just have to add $2 to every item and Bozonz will surely never make a sale again from us. Shooting themselves? Destruction by design?
7) Do not delete this, you have deleted my past post. I am just a seller who needs answers and am frustrated with these vague trash answers.

Hello Thank_You_Cards,
Thanks for your question. Sorry if there’s been any confusion. Our new shipping label program has just launched, and our development team is hard at work implementing further improvements and features.
Just this morning we have made it so that the labels are available in PDF format in both 4×4 and 4×6 sizes. QR codes are also no available so you can have the label printed at the post office.
In order for sellers to take advantage of our money back guarantee program, it will be necessary to contact our support team by emailing as to [email protected].
The exemptions that we have previously outlined are still applicable. This means that if you use an approved Bonanza API partner, or the total shipping is less than $2 (such as stamps) then the sale is considered exempt.
For more information I highly recommend checking out our help page regarding the newly implemented Bonanza shipping program.
https://support.bonanza.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001346552#h_01HEP6F3M4TSQPW9T1QAVDV0FXIf you have further questions or concerns, we will be more than happy to answer them if you contact our support team using the “Help” drop down menu at the top of any Bonanza page, or by sending us an email to [email protected].
Thanks.

I selected a 4×6 label, but its only for a standard printer, not my thermal label printer. Bonanza also is more expensive than Pirate Ship, and charges $.25 to print a label.
Not impressed at all, and not going to offer discounts on my items anymore to make up for the increased fees.
They charge fees when we make a sale, they shouldn’t charge an extra $.25 to print a label we’re forced to purchase from them.

What if we use stamps on some orders and PirateShip for some and yours for others?

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
