Not recieving any notification via email from any of our sales or messages from buyers

Hello, Is there any known issues currently occurring on Bonanza that would cause this?

It’s been a few days now and I haven’t been receiving any notifications at all for any new sales or customer messages.

I have always received notifications and none of my notification settings have been changed nor updated, so I’m sure it’s not from my end.

Sure would be nice to be able to receive these notification updates again.. :\

Actually similiar happened to me with last order. Got the Email notice but no notice of sale here for a few minutes later. Thought it odd but dont sell much here so just figured I caught it still in process. Did not report ito

Bonanza has email issues. I usually get sales but the regular messages are very hit/miss. As usual they blame the seller when in fact it’s on their end. I constantly have to watch the messages on the web site every few days to make sure I’m not getting any. Wish they would fix their systems.

An email confirmation is sent to the email registered to your account.

Hello Wanda, thanks for your message. I checked through my “email preferences” and they are all set correctly. Showing “Yes” as being subscribed to receive the messages.

Nothing has been changed on my end. All the settings are the same. And my email address hasn’t changed. I haven’t received any selling or customer message notification directly to my registered email box since December 15th. :(

Not sure what’s causing this. I checked my spam box and nothing there. I have always received all my email notifications for years. Now nothing.. :\

I think it’s best if I went ahead and send the support team a message as you suggested. Thanks again for your help.
