Payment of fees by bank transfer

My booth was placed on hold after Bonanza rejected my valid debit card which was entered in the account for years.

I tried dozens of other cards but none of them are getting accepted. All I received from Bonanza were unhelpful replies telling me to check if I entered all details correctly. Yes I did.

Since their system doesn’t work properly and I cannot enter there a card, I would like to pay my fees by bank transfer. I can pay them $1000 in advance.

But they are not responsive and they don’t care about me, what am I supposed to do?

“Bonanza requires sellers to have a valid credit card”, I do but they won’t accept any of my valid cards!

Have you tried entering your credit card information without adding on the extra 4 digits on the zip code? I had a problem updating my credit card one time and that was the issue. It’s worth a shot.

I am not from the USA, so my postcode doesn’t have the 4 digits

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hello AngelicPretty

We are so sorry to hear that you still have not been able to enter your credit card information.

We recommend first that you clear your cache and cookies.
Here are additional steps that may help with this.

1. Clear your browser history
2. Disable auto-fill so old information will not auto-populate.
3. The Credit Card billing address must match your address on your Bonanza Account Settings.
Even the letter case and every format of the billing address has to match the address in your account settings page.

4 Enter CVV number on the back of credit card

Thank you and Happy Selling!
