Seller won't refund item i've returned

I bought an item from a seller and when i got it it was the wrong size. I returned it and the Seller wont refund me. Bonanza won’t pressure him, Paypal says my customs paperwork re the return isn’t enough and Paypal said they know the Seller is lying when he says he has returned the money to me.

Hoppefully you returned with tracking. Open a dispute with Paypal the tracking number. you MUST open a dispute
