Should i try to sell this?

This Scroll With Flowers was made in 1880 by McKee Glass. It is not rare but fairly hard to find with the lid. Please look at the pictures and give me your opinion on whether or not to try to sell it. TIA

WHERE DID I EVER SAY IT WAS CUT CRYSTAL??? I have an EAPG Historian certificate, I do know most EAPG or Pressed Glass when I see it!

Agree, I would certainly try to sell it. I have had a few customers in my B&M mall that are McKee collectors. Even without them I would think it should sell.

I don’t know anything about glass, but yes, absolutely, try to sell it. I only saw two on GS, and neither even mentioned the fact that there should be a lid.

I would try and sell it nothing to lose. Looks to be in good condition and the pattern would blend with any table setting the bonus is the lid they usually get broken or chipped.

As long as you make it clear in your listing that it has some damage, go ahead and offer it. If it’s rare, collectors will appreciate the opportunity to decide for themselves, whether to buy it. Good luck!

Just FYI – this beautiful piece is press glass, not hand-cut crystal.
You can see it on the seam to the right of your second picture.

Thank you all for the help! I think I will list it, I hope that picture is good enough so people can see the damage!

Does the lid have any damage? If not, then that should add to the value of the piece.
