What is the difference between a booth fan, follower, and subscriber?

Was just wondering what the difference was between a Booth Fan, Follower, and Subscriber?

I see many booths with a 5 or 10 followers badge and I have received e-mails from bonanza saying I have more than that but no badge. Unless, it has something to do with subscribers which I only have 9.? Just wondering and if you know that is great.

Second why will they not let you put a tag that matches your question (Followers?)

Great question! Sorry for any confusion between Booth Fans, Followers and Subscribers. Currently, Followers and Subscribers are the same and you can find how many followers/subscribers you have by going to your Customer Marketing Tool, click Bonanza Customers and then click the “Subscribers” tab.

Booth Fans are from an older version of Bonanza and you would have received a “booth fan” when a user added one of your items to their wishlist or some other form of actions. Ever since we launched the Customer Marketing Tool, we’ve been trying to consolidate all three terms into one, because having all three is really confusing for everyone!

Hope that helps clear up a few things :)

I’d want to express my gratitude for this fantastic read!! Everything about it appeals to me. I’ve got you bookmarking your site so you can keep up with what you’re doing.

So how do I remove or block so called Booth Fans now?

Is this possible now since this was an older version?
