A buyer purchased an item from my booth yesterday, THAT WASN’T IN MY BOOTH. She purchased it via a Google Shopping link to Bonanza. It shouldn’t of been on Google at all!!!
I removed it from Bonanza 2/21/20 and at that time, I’d even double-checked my booth inventory to be certain it was gone, as I do each time an item is sold here, or on eBay, because I am well aware of how listings can be easily imported and duplicated.
Bottom line, I didn’t have the item and had to refund (and disappoint the buyer). Also, this cost me money! ALL THE PAYPAL FEES I was charged on the transaction were retained by PayPal. PayPal doesn’t refund ANYTHING to a seller anymore for any cancellation or refund. Not one cent.
Obviously this can’t happen frequently or I’d go broke just paying PayPal fees for erroneous sales I can’t fulfill. Someone needs to look into this.

Bonanza has no control over an item being displayed on Google Shopping once it is no longer available. After an item is deleted or an item is out of stock, Google Shopping may not have updated fast enough to remove the item from search results.
Even if Google still has the link available, clicking the link will not allow you to purchase the item unless the item still remained in your Bonanza Booth. The Google link should simply take a “buyer” to your Bonanza listing and inform them that the item is no longer available.
