Can i put my email or my website address on my bonaza listing pls?? For exmaple, can i write “if you want to know more about my item pls send me email [email protected] or visit my website www.sxxxxsss.com” ??
Is it allowed? if i write them to the listing what will happen??

Hello lunashops,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry for any confusion. We love sellers to include contact information for buyer inquiries. In fact, we even have a whole “Contact information” section on your seller profile!
It is preferred that sellers and buyers communicate via Bonanza’s internal messaging system. The great thing about our internal messages is that they will also be delivered to your personal email address on file, so you aren’t required to log into your Bonanza account to see if you have received any buyer inquiries.
We do not recommend including a link to your Website in your listings. This may inadvertently direct buyers to complete checkout outside of Bonanza, which is against our policies. Buyers must complete purchase through the Bonanza checkout system. To keep your account in good standing, please refrain from including any information which may direct a buyer to purchase goods off-site.
Hope that helps to clarify and we apologize for any inconvenience. Let us know at support if you have additional questions. Happy selling!

Kind regards,
The Bonanza Team

There’s an option [URL removed] “Seller Settings/Other Seller Settings/Email address for buyer inquiries” which does not work. Please fix that option.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
