I have had a booth open about a month with 4 items listed successfully.
Then, I recently entered and listed 3 new items only to have them show then disappear. I did this 3 times with the same result. I’m confident the items had all the necessary information completed. I see them go live And POOF. I have screen shots showing the item listed. The items were new key chain pocket knife and two plain legal folding pocket knives.
I tried sending a couple messages to Bonanzle, then when checking back my sent folder has no record of the message I sent and I have not yet received a reply. So I don’t know if they received the message.
Any help to contact Bonanzle or have my booth checked is appreciated.

I think I know why your items disappeared. Here is a list of Bonanza’s prohibited [URL removed]
[URL removed]
Notice the line “Weapons and related items, including but not limited to firearms, disguised, undetectable or switchblade knives, pocket knives, martial arts weapons, scopes, silencers, crossbows, spear guns, ammunition, ammunition magazines, BB guns, tear gas, pepper spray or stun guns.”
That said… I am surprised that they’d let you list them, and then have them disappear. It would be much more effective if they denied your listing from posting to begin with and gave you an appropriate error message. At least that way you wouldn’t have tried it again two more times!
Anyway… I hope that helps!

I had a hard time listing some items tonight.
Go to the upper left corner of your screen and click on Selling. From the drop down choose Batch Edit.
Once there, click on Update filter (right above your listings near the left). Then click the drop down where it says Status is. Choose Reserve and click to Apply Filter.
See if your lost in action listings have somehow been placed on reserve.
To change the listings from reserve to for sale, check each listing off and click Set Status (for sale will automatically be showing up) and click to Apply Changes.
This is where I found mine afterwards…on reserve.
Good luck.
Editing to [URL removed] And it may very well be what VintagePaper is saying.

Knives are NOT allowed in any way shape or form (I know they have a category) and they will find you and delete em without any notice to you. You may even face suspension if you continue to list them.
Been There, Done That. No more knives for me (even though they were just keychain collectible knives, Not WMD’s).

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
