The import has been in progress for almost 3 days, and only 1 of 83 eBay listing have been imported.
I contacted customer service by email and they have not responded to my request for assistance.

Are your imports active listings on ebay? bonanza can not import any closed listings ,all imports have to be active listings on ebay.
