Items must be returned for inspection if a claim of defect is made. It the item is defective in some way or incorrect we will replace the stamp and reimburse shipping fees. If the item is not defective buyer pays return shipping fees and we will not be able to reship. “Defective” means the image prints incorrectly not the label is crooked.
